PEEB is hosting a technical session titled “Financing Buildings through Article 6 of the Paris Agreement” during the upcoming June Climate Meetings (SB62) in Bonn.

This expert-led event will contribute directly to the development of the first global handbook designed to support policymakers and project developers in accessing carbon markets to finance sustainable buildings. The handbook is scheduled for official release at COP30 in Belém.
Participants will have the opportunity to:
- Engage with leading experts on carbon markets and building decarbonisation
- Explore how Article 6 mechanisms can support climate action in the built environment
- Contribute real-world insights and feedback to ensure practical methodologies
- Receive credit in the final publication
- Network over a light lunch provided at the venue
