The Partnership for Energy Efficiency in Buildings (PEEB) is currently funded by the German Federal for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK), the French Ministère de la Transition écologique et de la cohésion des territoires (MTECT), the Agence Française de Developpement (AFD) and the Fonds Français pour l’environnement mondial (FFEM). PEEB is catalysed by the Global Alliance for Buildings and Construction (GABC).

PEEB is implemented by the Agence de l’Environnement et de la Maîtrise de l’Énergie (ADEME), AFD and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.
